About Us

I have been working in the anaerobic digestion industry for over seven years, gaining experience across a wide range of roles, from assisting with the operation of food waste processing sites and carrying out laboratory work to supporting plant commissioning, managing service works and overseeing health and safety.

This diverse background has allowed me to develop a strong understanding of the industry from the ground up, giving me a practical insight into the challenges faced by operators, engineers and site managers alike.

My passion for the AD industry has been there from the very beginning. I genuinely believe anaerobic digestion plays an important role in creating a greener, more sustainable future, and I want to help the industry continue to grow and improve.

This passion, combined with my experience and knowledge, has led me to establish Grand Salix. My aim is to use what I have learnt throughout my career to support other businesses through practical health and safety consultancy, operational support and training, helping them work safely, efficiently and confidently.
